All net proceeds are committed to go toward starting a film school incubator program at Plaza de la Raza for youth.

Where is the film festival going to be held?

A.

The 2016 ChIFF film festival will take place at two venues.  The festival's first day on the 10th will be held at the renowned Plaza de la Raza Cultural Center for the Arts in East Los Angeles.  The festival's second and closing day on the 11th, will be held at ArchLight Hollywood.

Can anyone submit film entries?

Yes.  Everyone is allowed to submit entries as long as they conform to the film and category requirements.  For more information about requirements, click here.
